4) For generators operating at ambient temperatures below -18°, lubricating oil heaters, fuel pipelines and fuel filter heaters are also required to prevent fuel solidification. The oil heater is mounted on the engine oil pan. It heats the oil in the oil pan to facilitate the start of the diesel engine at low temperatures.
5) It is recommended to use -10 # ~ -35 # light diesel.
6) The air mixture (or air) entering the cylinder is heated with the intake preheater (electric heating or flame preheating), so as to increase the temperature of the compression end point and improve the ignition conditions. The method of electric heating preheating is to install an electric plug or electric wire in the intake pipe to directly heat the intake air, which does not consume oxygen in the air and does not pollute the intake air, but it consumes the electric energy of the battery.
7) Use low-temperature lubricating oil to reduce the viscosity of lubricating oil to improve the fluidity of lubricating oil and reduce the internal friction resistance of liquid.
8) The use of high energy batteries, such as the current nickel-metal hydride batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries. If the temperature in the equipment room is lower than 0 ° C, install a battery heater. To maintain the capacity and output power of the battery.
3. Work under poor cleanliness conditions
Long-term operation in dirty and dusty environments will damage the parts, and accumulated sludge, dirt and dust may wrap the parts, making maintenance more difficult. Deposits can contain corrosive compounds and salts that can damage parts. Therefore, the maintenance cycle must be shortened to maintain the longest service life to the maximum extent.
