2. The unit starting battery is faulty
The battery is not maintained for a long time, the electrolyte moisture volatilization is not timely replenishment, the starting battery charger is not configured, the battery is reduced after a long time of natural discharge, or the charger used needs to be manually charged/floating charge on a regular basis. 3. Water into diesel engine

4. Cooling system
The water pump, water tank and water transmission pipeline have not been cleaned for a long time, so that the water circulation is not smooth, the cooling effect is reduced, whether the water pipe joint is good, the water tank, the water channel is leaking, etc., if the cooling system is faulty, the consequences are: first, the cooling effect is not good and the water temperature in the unit is too high and the unit is shut down, the most common Welxin unit; Second, the water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank drops, and the unit will not work normally (in order to prevent the freezing of the water pipe when using the generator in winter, we recommend that it is best to install a water heater in the cooling system).
5. Three filter replacement cycle (wood filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter)
Filter is to play a role in diesel oil, oil or water filtration, to prevent impurities into the body, and in the diesel oil, impurities are also inevitable existence, so in the unit operation process, the filter plays an important role, but at the same time these oil or impurities are deposited on the screen wall and the filter capacity is reduced, too much deposition, the oil circuit will not be smooth, In this way, the oil machine will be in shock due to the inability to supply oil (like hypoxia), so the normal generator set in the use of the process, we recommend: first, the common unit every 500 hours to replace the three filters; Second, the standby unit replaces the three filters every two years.
