1. The staff should wear protective equipment during operation to prevent acid splash injury.
2. Electrolyte container to use porcelain or large glass bottles, prohibit the use of iron, copper, zinc and other metal containers, it is forbidden to pour distilled water into sulfuric acid, to prevent explosion.
3. When charging, to find the positive and negative terminals of the battery, the wire and the pole clamp, to prevent fire, explosion and anti-charging accidents caused by mixed short circuit.
4. During charging, it is necessary to check the air permeability of the shell cover frequently to prevent the internal pressure of the battery from rising due to the occlusion of the pores, resulting in damage to the battery shell.
5. The voltage of the battery can not be checked by short circuit in the charging room to prevent accidents caused by sparks.
6. The charging room should be kept well ventilated, can not sprinkle the electrolyte, leakage on the ground, battery rack electrolyte should be washed at any time.
7. When maintaining the AC circuit, the power supply must be cut off. Live operation is strictly prohibited.
