Generally large and medium-sized diesel engines also need pre-lubrication and heating process, so that the oil pressure, oil temperature and cooling water temperature during emergency loading meet the requirements of the technical conditions of the factory products; The pre-lubrication and heating process can be carried out in advance according to different conditions. For example, the emergency units of military communications, important foreign affairs activities of large hotels, large-scale mass activities at night in public buildings, and important surgical operations in hospitals should be in a pre-lubricated and warm state at normal times, so as to quickly start at any time and shorten the failure and power failure time as much as possible.
After the emergency unit is put into operation, in order to reduce the mechanical and current impact during sudden load, it is best to increase the emergency load according to the time interval when the power supply requirements are met. According to the national standard and the national military standard, the first allowable load of the automatic unit after successful starting is as follows: for the calibrated power is not more than 250KW, the first allowable load is not less than 50% of the calibrated load; For the calibrated power greater than 250KW, according to the technical conditions of the factory. If the instantaneous voltage drop and transition process requirements are not strict, the load of the general unit should not exceed 70% of the unit’s calibrated capacity.
