Class A insurance.
1. Daily:
1) Check the generator work report.
2) Check the generator: oil plane, coolant plane.
3) Daily check whether the generator is damaged, adulterated, and whether the belt is slack or worn.
2. Every week:
1) Repeat daily Level A checks.
2) Check the air filter and clean or replace the air filter core.
3) Release water or sediment in the fuel tank and fuel filter.
4) Check the water filter.
5) Check the starting battery.
6) Start the generator and check if there is any effect.
7) Use the air gun and water to wash the heat sink at the front and back end of the cooler
Class B care
1) Repeat the checks of Level A in daily and weekly.
2) Replace the engine oil. (Oil change cycle is 250 hours or one month)
3) Replace the oil filter. (Oil filter replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)
4) Replace the fuel filter element. (Replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)
5) Replace the coolant or check the coolant. (The water filter replacement cycle is 250-300 hours, and it is added in the cooling system Refill coolant DCA)
6) Clean or replace the air filter. (Air filter replacement cycle is 500-600 hours)
Class C insurance
1) Replace the diesel filter, oil filter, water filter, replace the water and oil in the tank.
2) Adjust the tightness of fan belt.
3) Check the supercharger.
4) Disassemble, inspect and clean PT pump and actuator.
5) Disassemble the rocker arm chamber cover and check the T-plate, valve guide and inlet and exhaust valves.
6) Adjust the lift of the nozzle; Adjust the valve clearance.
7) Check the charging generator.
8) Check the radiator of the tank and clean the external radiator of the tank.
9) Add water tank treasure to the water tank and clean the inside of the water tank.
10) Check diesel engine sensor and connecting wire.
11) Check the diesel instrument box.
