Diesel engine cylinder gasket ablation (commonly known as punching gasket) is a common fault, due to the different parts of the cylinder gasket ablation, its fault performance is also different.
1. The cylinder pad is ablated between the two cylinder edges: at this time, the engine power is insufficient, the car is weak, the acceleration is poor, the sound of the valve blowing back can be heard at idle, and the single cylinder fire break or oil break can obviously feel that the adjacent two cylinders do not work or work badly;
2. The ablative part of the cylinder pad is connected with the water channel: the tank backwater bubbles, the water temperature rises too fast, the pot is often opened, and the exhaust pipe emits white smoke;
3. The ablative part of the cylinder pad is connected with the lubricating oil passage: at this time, the oil enters the combustion chamber to participate in combustion, the exhaust pipe takes off blue smoke, and the engine oil is easy to deteriorate;
4. The ablative part of the cylinder gasket is communicated with the outside world: the severe “snap, snap” sound is issued from the damaged part of the cylinder gasket, and the hand moves around the cylinder gasket, and the gas can be felt on the hand;
5. The cylinder head and the cylinder block at the joint surface of water or bubbles, or oil and water mixing failure, this is the cylinder gasket seal failure, can not effectively seal the water and oil passage;
6. Measuring the cylinder pressure, the cylinder pressure of the cylinder pad ablation is significantly reduced.
