Diesel generator throttle solenoid valve

What is diesel generator throttle solenoid valve?

1. The composition of the operating system: electronic speed control mechanism or mechanical speed control, starting motor, throttle cable system. Function: The motor starts at the same time, the solenoid valve will pull the governor throttle to the appropriate position, fuel combustion to the cylinder, so that the cylinder fire rotation.

2.  The composition of the charging system: charger, regulator. Function: The electric-started engine generally has charging equipment to replenish the charge in time after the battery is discharged.

3.  The composition of the fuel system: according to its working principle, the governor can be divided into: centrifugal, pneumatic, hydraulic. The common type is centrifugal. Function: When the diesel generator set is working, its load is changing, which requires that the output power of the generator set should also be increased or decreased accordingly. In addition, the frequency of the power supply is required to be stable, which requires the speed of the diesel engine to be stable during operation. Therefore, the general diesel engine is equipped with a governor.

4. The composition of the lubrication system: oil pump, oil filtration device, oil cooling device, oil duct. Function: The lubricating oil is supplied to the friction surface of the movement to reduce friction resistance, reduce the wear of the parts, and partially cool the friction parts; Clean and cool abrasive surfaces; Improve the sealing performance between piston ring and cylinder wall; Anti-rust effect on all moving parts.

5.  The composition of the cooling system: pump, radiator (water tank), fan, water pipe, body, water jacket in the cylinder head, constant temperature valve. Function: The heat of the high heat parts is dispersed to the atmosphere.

6. The composition of the intake and exhaust system: valve assembly, valve transmission assembly. Function: Through the valve mechanism to achieve the intake and exhaust process, so that fresh air into the cylinder and timely exhaust gas from the cylinder.

7. The role of the intake turbocharging system: exhaust gas turbocharging is the use of exhaust energy discharged by the diesel engine to drive the supercharger, the air is compressed and then transported into the cylinder. The purpose of supercharging is to increase the amount of air entering the cylinder, increase the air density in the cylinder with the diesel engine volume unchanged, so that the diesel engine can burn more diesel to improve its output power, which is the most economical and effective method.
