The main parts of the fuel system have high precision, easy to fail in the work, the work of the diesel fuel system is good or bad, will directly affect the power and economy of the diesel engine, so the maintenance and maintenance work is to extend the service life of the main parts of the fuel system, reduce the failure rate is an important link, is to ensure the normal operation of the diesel engine key.
The correct use and maintenance of fuel system is the key to ensure the normal operation of diesel engine. Diesel fuel cleanliness is the most fundamental problem in the use and maintenance of fuel systems.
(1) Fuel tank use and maintenance. The fuel tank should be filled with fuel frequently, and the filter screen of the refueling port should be cleaned frequently. The air hole of the refueling port should be kept clean and unblocked to avoid vacuum in the tank and insufficient oil supply. The inside of the tank should be cleaned regularly, and the lower part of the tank should be opened regularly to discharge the precipitated dirt and water.
(2) Cleaning of the fuel filter. During the use of diesel engine, impurities and dirt in diesel oil accumulate on the surface of the filter core and deposit to the bottom of the housing, if not removed in time, it will cause blockage of the filter core. Therefore, the fuel filter should be cleaned regularly in accordance with the instructions during the use of the diesel engine.
(3) Maintenance of fuel injection pump. During the use of the diesel engine, the lubricating oil level in the injection pump should be checked regularly according to the instructions, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly to ensure normal lubrication.
(4) The governor has been adjusted by the factory test, has a lead seal, and cannot be easily disassembled. The governor should check the amount of lubricating oil regularly and replenish or replace it in time. The oil level check plug (or oil scale) is provided on the governor housing, and the oil height in the governor should always be maintained in accordance with the requirements of the manual.
(5) Fuel injector fault inspection and adjustment. After the fuel injector fails, the following abnormal phenomena will generally occur:
1. Exhaust smoke.
2. The power of each cylinder is uneven, and abnormal vibration occurs.
3. Power decline.
In order to find the faulty fuel injector, it can be inspected as follows; First make the diesel engine run at low speed, and then stop the injection of each cylinder injector in turn, and pay attention to the change of the working condition of the diesel engine. When a cylinder injector is stopped,
If the exhaust no longer emits black smoke, the diesel engine speed changes little or does not change, it indicates that the cylinder injector is faulty; If the diesel engine works but becomes unstable, the speed decreases significantly, and it is about to stall, the cylinder injector works normally.
Fuel injectors are available in corrector. If the following conditions occur, it indicates that the fuel injector is faulty.
① Injection pressure is lower than the specified value.
② Spray oil does not atomize, into an obvious continuous oil flow.
③ Porous injector, each hole oil bundle is not symmetrical, the length is not the same.
④ Injector drops oil.
⑤ The spray hole is blocked, no oil is produced or the oil is sprayed into dendritic shape. If the above problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced.
